Ordinary Neighborhoods is a small art and design studio, and we take care in preparing every order for its journey to you.

 

Order Processing:
 

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 

Original artwork, prints, and apparel may require different preparation and packaging. Original artwork ships within the same general processing window when it is ready for shipment.

 

If an order requires more than five business days to prepare, we'll contact you with an updated shipping estimate.

 

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Orders are packed and shipped directly by Ordinary Neighborhoods. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Destinations:
 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Packaging & Artwork:
 

We take care to package orders appropriately for their contents, including original artwork and art prints. Original artwork receives additional attention to ensure it is packaged appropriately for safe transit.

 

Please retain your packaging until you've confirmed that your order has arrived safely.

 

Incorrect Addresses:
 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at cason@beextra.co. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders:
 

If your order appears to be lost, hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at cason@beextra.co with your order number and any relevant details.

 

For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and its packaging, and retain the original packaging until we've advised you on next steps.

We'll review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
