Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Welcome to Ordinary Neighborhoods. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ordinaryneighborhoods.com and any purchases made through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Ordinary Neighborhoods

Ordinary Neighborhoods is an art and design brand creating original artwork, art prints, apparel, and other products inspired by real hometowns and neighborhoods.

For questions about these terms, orders, or our products, contact us at cason@beextra.co.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm the website, our business, or other users.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order and have the legal authority to make the purchase.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including artwork, colors, materials, dimensions, and other relevant details.

Because our products include original artwork and printed designs, some variation may occur between the original piece, a printed reproduction, product photographs, and the finished product. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen and device.

Original artwork is one of a kind. Prints and apparel reproduce artwork or designs and may have minor variations associated with their production.

Product descriptions and photographs are intended to help you understand what you're purchasing. Please review the details provided on each product page before placing an order.

4. Availability & Limited Quantities

Many Ordinary Neighborhoods products are produced in limited quantities. Product availability may change, and we cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked once it sells out.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product offerings, or limit quantities available for purchase.

If we cannot fulfill an order after it has been placed, we'll contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction is necessary to address an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be completed through an available payment method at checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or contains an obvious listing error, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order. If we cannot agree on a resolution, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received for it.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we've received it. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical errors affecting the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we'll issue an appropriate refund.

Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly at cason@beextra.co if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is being processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Original artwork, prints, and apparel may require different preparation and packaging.

If an order requires more than five business days to prepare, we'll contact you with an updated shipping estimate. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we'll provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where required.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For additional information, please review our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Our return and refund procedures are described in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

If an order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is incorrect, contact us at cason@beextra.co so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, graphics, text, logos, product imagery, and other content created for or published by Ordinary Neighborhoods are owned by Ordinary Neighborhoods or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, apparel item, or other product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

You may enjoy and display products you purchase for personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our artwork or designs without prior written permission.

You may not use our website content, product imagery, or brand assets for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Website Content & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and product information accurate and available. However, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

We may update, modify, or remove website content, products, or features as our business evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that every feature will always be available.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may rely on third-party services, including website hosting, payment processing, and shipping providers. We may also link to external websites.

These services and websites are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites that we do not control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ordinary Neighborhoods is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, or legal obligations.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any terms governing an order already placed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rights available to the parties.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
